Practice with Yoga Cats and surround yourself in nature at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center. We have a unique OPEN-SKY STUDIO SPACE that’s fresh and lively. Classes are for all levels and mats are available for all students. We also offer Reflexology and ThetaHealing sessions. Contact Karen at karen@bendingtreeyogahealing.com to schedule an appointment.
Plus, 10% of all proceeds go to finance our Animal Health and Wellness Fund, which supports a variety of venues to keep our animal friends healthy and happy to make the world a better place.

How to Get Here
Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located about 4 hours south of Puerto Vallarta along the Pacific Coast.
To get here you can either:
- Fly into Puerto Vallarta and rent a car or take a bus to La Manzanilla, or
- Fly into Manzanillo airport, which is about 45 minutes away and taxis are available for about 1000 pesos or $65 USD
- Once you are in La Manzanilla, Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 124 Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Restaurante Martin’s on the right side.
